Cost and Payment Options
The registration cost is $155.00 per person. Husbands/wives, Partners/friends attending Saturday evening function, the cost is $90.
If you are wishing to attend the Friday night get together only the cost is $45.00 plus an additional $20.00 if you wish to order a decade photo. Decade photos will be taken on Saturday at West End School as part of the free Open Day running between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm - see the Programme of Events

Centenary Costs
The cost to attend the centenary is $155 per person. Included in this cost is your entitlement to receive a photograph of your decade group which will be posted out to you after the centenary. If you are wishing to bring your husband/wife/partner/friend to the Saturday evening function at the Racecourse, the cost for them to attend will be $90 extra.
If you are wishing to attend the Friday night get together only the cost is $45.00 plus an additional $20.00 if you wish to order a decade photo. Decade photos will be taken on Saturday at West End School as part of the free Open Day running between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm - see the Programme of Events
There are three options available for you to register and make payment.
Option A – You are able to download and print the form. Go to the website and download the form, you are able to make payment via internet banking. It is IMPORTANT to identify who you are when using this facility. Please ensure you put the following code into the reference section together with your surname and first name to help us locate your payment. The code is WESC followed by your names. You will need to send us your registration form and include a notation that you have paid online.

Option B – You may hand deliver your registration form together with your paymentnt to the School office during their normal office hours. There are eftpos facilities available at the office, however it does NOT have credit card option available.
Option C – You are welcome to complete this form, attach a cheque and post it to the Centenary committee at West End School, 196 College Street, Palmerston North, 4412.
Issuing of Tickets
Please indicate how you wish to receive your tickets for the Centenary. On Friday 5th April 2013 there will be a table at West End School from 3 -5 pm and at the Racecourse from 6.45 – 7.30 pm. You may wish to collect you tickets this way, but we are more than happy to post them to you.
Centenary Functions
Your registration cost ($155) entitles you to attend ALL of the functions and be present for the centenary photographs, which will be held during the day (time to be confirmed) on Saturday 6th April 2013. A detailed programme of events will be published closer to the weekend, but for catering purposes can you please identify which functions you will be attending.
